Beth Puorro is a Mesiner-trained actor based in New York City and Austin, TX. Beth got her start in the film industry working behind the camera, where she had a front row seat to watch and learn from some of the greatest actors as they performed their craft. After years as a camera assistant, she discovered her true passion was on the other side of the camera, as an actor. Since then she has honed her acting skills and craft through years of dedicated training first with the Richard Robichaux Studio and then at the 3-year acting conservatory program at the Maggie Flanigan Studio. For Beth, acting is craft, the delicate art of taking a character from the written page and bringing their story and personality to life on screen. She has acted in many indie films and shorts, including co-starring in the series Cruel Summer and the film Yellow Rose.
